2017 KRPA Conference a Success!

This year's KRPA Conference in Manhattan, KS was a great way to start the 2017 year off!  Gary Holler, an architect with SJCF from Wichita, was also an exhibitor and we spent some time catching up.  Gary and I were at Kansas State University together and his wife and I were roommates and became great friends over the years.  Reconnecting with clients and colleagues and meeting new professionals is valuable in so many ways.  This year, I had the opportunity to speak on a topic I am very passionate about.....Intergenerational Engagement in Park Design.   Statistics are showing there is not only need, but huge benefits to offering and promoting the young and the old to interact in our park spaces.  Stay tuned for more information from Landworks Studio on this topic!
