Imagine Maryville 2025

Landworks Studio, partnered with SFS Architecture and Ballard*King, worked with the City of Maryville to master plan two key parks that will provide the City with updated amenities and a new destinations for both the community and visitors. The design team issued a community survey, as well as holding an open house to gather input on possible future improvements. The master plan also includes a list of prioritized improvements for all the parks in the Maryville system, including cost estimates phased over the next 5 years. The City of Maryville recently aquired two new park properties that the City wanted to integrate into the system as a whole with an updated trail plan, Landworks Studio created a master trail map that included existing trails and sidewalks, and proposed new trail segments to connect all the park properties together.
